Wales v England on the Big Screen

Wales will welcome England to the Principality Stadium, Cardiff this Saturday 17th August for the second leg of their double-header Autumn International matches.

We will be showing the match live on the Bassett Big Screen in the clubhouse. The Clubhouse Bar will be open in time for TV coverage at 1pm with the match kicking-off at 2.15pm.

The match has been scheduled to act as a warm-up for the Rugby World Cup and forms part of the Quilter Internationals. England won the first match of the double-header 33-19 at Twickenham.

Wales and England have contested a total of 133 rugby test matches since their first meeting in 1881. England have won 63 of those matches, whilst Wales have won 58 matches. There have also been 12 drawn matches between the two sides.

Come along and watch it at Ballards Ash. We'll have Crumps' pies and pasties on sale at the bar. All welcome!
