In our third episode of Team Talk, John Lewis from JL Mindset Performance talks to Mark Roshier, RWBRFC Coaching Co-ordinator and Lead Coach for the Royal Wootton Bassett Colts. 

   

Mark discusses how he and his coaching team work to prepare young Bassett players physically, mentally and positionally to eventually transition to senior rugby at the club.
