Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Club is delighted to confirm the return of Summer Family Touch Rugby from Wednesday 3rd June.

Family Touch Rugby is a brilliant way to get active, enjoy some fun summer evenings, and bring the whole family together at the club.

Sessions will run every Wednesday through the Summer from 7pm, with games organised by RWBRFC Community Rugby Coach Rhys Floyd.

Alongside the Family Touch games, RWBRFC Ravens coaches will also be running dedicated girls-only sessions, open to girls of any age who want to give rugby a go in a fun and welcoming environment.

New to touch rugby?

Suitable for the whole family, with no contact involved, Touch Rugby is a fun, safe and social way to stay active over the summer months.

Players should wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers suitable for grass. Please also bring a drink bottle to keep hydrated.

The sessions are open to everyone in the community, not just rugby club members. So whether you’re a regular player, returning to rugby, or picking up a ball for the first time, everyone is welcome to come along and get involved.
