On 10th December we will be holding our inaugural RWBRFC Farmers Lunch.
As a rugby team located firmly within agricultural surroundings, we are always grateful for the support that farmers and agriculturalists offer to our club. Not least due to the amount of money they contribute over the bar when they get together in the clubhouse and the unique atmosphere they bring to the club on such occasions.
So we will be especially pleased to host our very first Farmers’ pre-match luncheon in December, offering our Farming Fraternity a 2-course lunch with wine and a match programme for £25.
Following lunch, guests will enjoy entry to watch Royal Wootton Bassett's National League South East fixture against Maidenhead RFC (3pm kick-off). We don't want to count our chickens before they hatch, but we are hoping that our 1st XV will 'bring home the bacon'.
