This season England Rugby is celebrating players and teams from across the leagues using Electronic Match Card data to bring statistics from the community game to life.

Electronic Match Card allows everything from tries and points scored to best defensive performance and kick percentage records to be viewed for every team from level three to 12. Find out more here

Royal Wootton Bassett RFC have been awarded February's Level 6 Team of the Month

The results, published on 3rd March gave the following reasons for Bassett's selection for the title:

"Four from four for Jonny May’s junior club as Royal Wootton Bassett have strengthened their second place in South West 1 East. A tight victory away to third place Banbury in the final fixture of February saw the gap widen at the top. With five games to go and a final game of the year visit to current league leaders Old Centralians, Bassett will be looking to keep the pressure on throughout March."

However, now isn't the time for complacency. This Saturday, the Bassett 1st XV will face Buckingham RUFC, chasing their hopes to secure a place in the league play-offs. Come along to support the boys.  Bassett 2nds are also at home against Sutton Benger RFC.  Both matches kick-off at 2.45pm.
