To support environmental sustainability and increase efficiency, the AGM reports this year will be provided via a digital download. Paper copies will not be available at the meeting.
Important Notification
The following Executive Committee Members are standing for re-election at this year’s AGM:
- Chairman: Chris Elias
- Vice Chairman: Dave Thompson
- M&J Section Chairman: Georgina Plant
- Buildings and Facilities Manager: Rob Bloxham
- Clubhouse, Bar and Catering Manager: Dave Floyd
Members wishing to be nominated for one of the above roles may do so, in writing, to the Club Secretary. Each nomination must be supported by a Proposer and Seconder in line with the Club’s Constitution. All nominations, duly proposed and seconded, must be received by the Club Secretary no later than Wednesday 4th June 2025.
A ballot for the re-election or appointment of new Executive Committee Members will be made at the AGM.
The appointed Executive Committee Members will elect and appoint the following members of their Executive Committee:
- President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Director of Rugby
