Notice is hereby given that the AGM of RWBRFC will take place at Ballards Ash on Saturday 9th July at 10am.

The following Executive Committee Members are standing for re-election at this year’s AGM:

• Chairman: Chris Elias

• Vice Chairman: Andrew Gassor

• M&J Section Chairman: Georgina Plant

• Buildings and Facilities Manager: Rob Bloxham

• Clubhouse, Bar and Catering Manager: Vacant

Members wishing to be nominated for one of the above roles may do so, in writing, to the Club Secretary. Each nomination must be supported by a Proposer and Seconder in line with the Club’s Constitution. All nominations, duly proposed and seconded, must be received by the Club Secretary no later than Friday 24th June 2021.

A ballot for the re-election or appointment of new Executive Committee Members will be made at the AGM.

The appointed Executive Committee Members will elect and appoint the following members of their Executive Committee: President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director of Rugby.
