Notice is hereby given that the AGM of RWBRFC will take place at Ballards Ash on Wednesday 14th June 2023 at 7pm.
The following Executive Committee Members are standing for re-election at this year’s AGM:

M&J Section Chairman: Georgina Plant

Buildings and Facilities Manager: Rob Bloxham

Clubhouse, Bar and Catering Manager: Vacant
Members wishing to be nominated for one of the above roles may do so, in writing, to the Club Secretary. Each nomination must be supported by a Proposer and Seconder in line with the Club’s Constitution. All nominations, duly proposed and seconded, must be received by the Club Secretary no later than Wednesday 31st May 2023.
A ballot for the re-election or appointment of new Executive Committee Members will be made at the AGM.
The appointed Executive Committee Members will elect and appoint the following members of their Executive Committee: President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director of Rugby.
