Rugby World Team of the Month

We are very excited to reveal that Royal Wootton Bassett RFC has been given the prestigious award ‘Team of the Month’ in the April issue of Rugby World magazine.

Rugby World’s long-running monthly salute to grass-roots excellence is an award open to any amateur or semi-professional club in Europe.

Having submitted our rugby club for consideration at the beginning of this season, it was announced that we were selected to feature as ‘Team of the Month’ in the April 2018 issue of the magazine.

This truly is an accolade from the premier rugby magazine. The article gives great praise for the team’s efforts this season, and all the hard work put in by so many behind the scenes.

As the magazine says:

“The Wiltshire All Blacks tick all the boxes and are our Team of the Month. So what makes them worthy of our latest club award? Simply the vigour and positivity with which they are striving to become a hub for the North Wiltshire community.”
