Royal Wootton Bassett RFC’s senior men’s squads are gearing up for the 2025/26 season with a packed August schedule. Here’s what’s coming up:

📅 Saturday 16th August

🔴 AWAY vs Bracknell RFC

The first fixture sees a combined 1st and 2nd XV squad travel to face Bracknell RFC. It’s the first hit-out of the summer and a good opportunity to test combinations across the senior set-up.

🚫 Thursday 21st August

Intra-club match under the lights

This Home fixture has been cancelled due to the current dry conditions of the pitches.

📅 Saturday 30th August

🔴 AWAY - Double-Header vs Neath & Neath Athletic

1st XV vs Neath RFC

2nd XV vs Neath Athletic RFC

We are running a 98-seat coach for these away fixtures, and have space for some supporters to join us on what promises to be a fantastic day of rugby.

🚌 Travel Schedule:
10am - Meet at Ballards Ash for a 10:15am departure
12:45 - Arrive at The Gnoll, Neath RFC (SA11 3BU) for the 1st XV match

Supporters can choose to stay at The Gnoll to watch the 1st XV fixture or travel on with the 2nd XV to Neath Athletic RFC (SA11 1RR). After the games, we’ll regroup at The Gnoll.

8pm – Depart The Gnoll for the return journey
