Girls and women’s rugby is an expanding part of our great game. With interest being generated in schools and clubs, we are keen to create opportunities for local girls to give rugby a try.

WHEN AND WHERE?

The taster session will be held at Ballards Ash Sports Ground - the home of Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Club - on Sunday 18th September from 2pm. No need to book - just pitch up and play!

DO I NEED TO BE A CLUB MEMBER?

Our taster session is open to girls from year 7 (U12) to year 13 (U18). You don’t even have to be a club member, so families can bring friends or relatives for a fun taster of playing rugby.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Normal exercise clothes are fine. Boots are preferred if you have them, but if not, trainers will be okay.

REFRESHMENTS

Our clubhouse will be open for food and drinks before, during and after the session to make it a real social experience.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The session is free, with car parking on-site. To find out more, please contact girlsrugby@rwbrfc.club
