It was a landmark weekend as the containers were removed and the new Gymnasium is a step nearer!

A major statement of intent was made over this weekend of 18th and 19th August when Shaun Quick helped us to remove all ten steel shipping containers behind the club's changing rooms to open up the site in preparation of construction of our new gymnasium and strength & conditioning centre.

We are hugely grateful to Shaun - and to his son John and friend Louis Roche who also lent a hand, both members of Bassett's Juniors section. Without Shaun's special lifting and transportation equipment and operator skills, the process would otherwise have taken weeks!
