On Easter Sunday, Royal Wootton Bassett's Colts rugby team visited the Menin Gate in Ypres during their tour of Belgium.
The 17 & 18-year-old boys were invited to form the front row during the Last Post, the traditional final salute to the fallen.
The following day, the team visited Tyne Cot Commonwealth War Graves, the largest cemetery for Commonwealth forces in the world, for any war.
There are 11,961 Commonwealth servicemen of the First World War buried or commemorated at Tyne Cot, many of whom would have been a similar age to the young rugby players who visited.
