As our final game of the season approaches we want to pass on our sincere thanks to Jenni Fleming, who has been a club physio for the past six years and who has now decided to step down due to family commitments at the end of this season.

Jenni ‘the Elbow’ Fleming has become a integral part of the senior squad on and off the field and has helped improve our medical support across the club since she started with RWBRFC.

She has treated so many kinds of injury and assisted with the recovery of many Senior, Colt and Junior players. We are sure there will be many who owe personal thanks to Jenni for the hours she has put in to keep them playing the game they love.

We are sure she’ll miss the terrible changing room chat, being a personal agony aunt and the undisputed title of the ‘best drinker’ in the squad - but she’ll probably be happy to see the back of Smithy’s inspirational chorus of “0-0 Bass”, Ben’s infectious enthusiasm, Wayne’s chocolate body and Dave Martin’s sermons.

Thank you Jenni and we wish you the Best of luck for the future!
